Previous incidents

On the 28th of February between 14:16 and 14:52, our API services experienced an intermittent performance issue which lead to a small number of API failures (in aggregate 8 minutes). This was caused by unplanned maintenance on hardware. This work has now been completed and services are now fully available.

Please note: our API and website monitoring generated a false alert for 27/28th January. There was no outage and all services ran as expected. The monitoring issue has been rectified. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
